Here's the litmus test: Would you trust your Rainmaker with your own "child?" The answer should be YES! because that's exactly what you're asking them to do. You're asking your Rainmaker to care for your Prospect as if it was their own.
Your Rainmaker should also believe in your mission and vision above anyone else. They root for you every time you get on stage, they celebrate your platform expanding, and they Ted Lasso #believe even when things get hard. The perfect Rainmaker is a team member who has your back and is excited to level-up in their marketing leadership so you can take the brand places it has yet to reach.
Candidates that are not a good fit are hourly VAs and/or contracted vendors. While they might be phenomenal workers, they are not in the business full-time and leaders should be currently or aspiring to be full-time in their leadership responsibilities.

By the nature of what we do, we're always attracting prospective Rainmakers looking for good companies to belong to. We've either worked with them, trained them, or they’ve come to us after hearing about what we do.

As the Visionary, completing this training will not solve the problem of permanently getting you out of the trenches. Meaning, we don’t allow solo visionaries or orphaned Rainmakers to go through my program. (It just doesn’t work…it’s like marriage therapy when only one person shows up #yikes).

To support your long-term, sustainable 7-figure+ success (and the sanity of your core leaders), Operational personnel are not a fit for the Rainmaker Residency™ unless they are making a FULL transition out of their current role to their new Rainmaker role in the upcoming six months.
By asking them to absorb the Rainmaker role in addition to their existing Customer-centric role, you’re sending the message that you expect them, as one person, to do the job of two major roles and responsibilities.
We are anti-Frankenstein role around here, and when you ask your OBM/DOO to become your Rainmaker while still keeping their OBM/DOO expectations…you’re doing just that. The goal is not to transfer your burn-out to leader just so they burn out too.
Life is full of surprises...sometimes not the good kind. If your Rainmaker leaves your company after enrolling in training, you're covered by the Dream Team Pledge, my promise to you that if your candidate doesn't work out, we'll hold a spot for their replacement and help you find and interview another!
The Fortune 5 Framework™ curriculum is a self-paced leadership development program that can be taken at any time and managed concurrently with job responsibilities. As it’s self-paced, you can complete it in 5 days or in 5 months, however, Veronica will be leading a guided schedule of the Fortunes starting in June 2022. As a guideline, we recommend you + your Rainmaker allocating 2 hours per month to learn the Fortunes together and another hour or more to implement the training.
Outside of those milestones, Visionaries are invited to private biweekly Visionary-only calls (2 hours a month) plus two events a year. Rainmakers are invited to weekly Rainmaker laser coaching calls for 1 hour each (4 hours per month) plus one event a year.
Total time is 4-6 hours per month. Totally doable. 😉
