Rainmakers and Visionaries who elect to stay for the VIP Play Day will be charged via your current payment means on file for the Rainmaker Residency™ program for convenience.
What day should I plan on departing?
You are free to leave whenever you need to. On April 14th, we plan on masterminding until 4 or 5 pm local time. Followed by dinner on your own, and then we’d love to meet up in the evening for a group activity; private yacht, fire show, or something else.
You are all invited to join us on Saturday, April 15th, for a play day excursion. The RR team will be spending the day adventuring at Xcaret. We’d love to have you there!
With all that being said, when you book your room at the hotel, they graciously extended the days of our room block if you’d like to spend extra time to vacay.
What's the weather like in Riviera Maya in April?
April in the Rivier Maya coastal Mexico location averages in the high 70°’s and low 80°’s F. It is not uncommon at this time of year to experience rain showers.
What should I pack?
No need to be fancy! We want you to be comfortable. We are going to do our best to create a space that sparks inspiration. Go ahead and wear your swimsuits and coverups or a sundress. Please do not feel the need to dress up. Please note: We will have a photographer there.
Don’t forget to bring your sunscreen, sandals, swimsuits, and sunglasses.
Should I rent a car?
We will take care of transportation from the airport to the resort and back. No need to rent a car unless that is your preference.
Where can I grab coffee, breakfast, and snacks?
The Andaz resort has two restaurants to enjoy breakfast at. There is also the option of room service. For a full list of dining options, CLICK HERE.

Can my family attend some of the activities?
We’d love to extend an invitation of having any additional guests that joined you on this trip on our Play Day adventure at Xcaret! Just let Kasey know via Slack DM or by emailing [email protected] how many will be joining that day.
We are going to please ask that your guests do not participate in our planned activities on the 13th and 14th, including; masterminding, group dinner, PJ party, and games. Thank you for understanding.
